Police recovered two bodies in Texas while searching for a pair of missing mothers from Kansas. Officials are awaiting the results of the autopsy report to determine the cause of death.
Veronica Butler, 27, and Jilian Kelley, 39, have both been missing since March 30. Their car was later found abandoned in rural Oklahoma.
They were last seen heading from Kansas to Oklahoma to pick up Butler's children from a birthday.
The discovery was made shortly after four people were arrested in connection with the case. The four suspects were identified as Tad Bert Cullum, Tifany Machel Adams, Cole Earl Twombly, and Cora Twombly.
They were each charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of kidnapping, and one count of conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree.
A motive for the deaths of Butlery and Kelley has not been determined. According to NewNation, Adams is the grandmother of Butler's children and is dating Cullum.
