The former Ambassador to Mexico under President Trump says the U.S. needs to look in the mirror when it comes to stopping this current surge in illegal immigration.
Christopher Landeau says the migrants are coming here for jobs, thanks to the lax enforcement of employment laws.
At the same time, he says we also need to make it easier for people to come here legally to work. That includes expanding visas. He stated that there are huge employers that get away with hiring illegal immigrants, and that's why people come, and until we crack down on employers who hire illegal immigrants, we will always have a migration crisis.
