CNN reports that Dr. Anthony Fauci, a member of the White House's Coronavirus task force, said the U.S. should have 100 million doses of a Coronavirus vaccine by the end of 2020.

While speaking at a Q&A with the Journal of American Medical Association, Fauci said that a vaccine candidate from Moderna should enter its final stage of voluntary trials by the beginning of July.

Fauci noted that researchers will know if the vaccine works by November or December.
