GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Southeast got just about one week to catch their breath, and now a new tropical storm could be brewing. It hasn't officially formed yet, but the National Hurricane Center is already drawing up forecasts for a potential tropical storm.
Right now, a cluster of thunderstorms is sitting in the Bahamas. It hasn't organized just yet, but it's expected to by the weekend. When it does organize, it will be named Humberto.
